Brain Quiz



Today, I'm always trying to take some power-nap about 20~40 minutes everyday. If I sleep too much then it might make me more tire. I'm drinking a lot of drink because I think the water is most useful meditation. When my necks hurts or thirsty then I always drink about 500ml at once. I regularly do exercises at the school or at home. Everyday I play soccer at lunch time about 40minutes and play tennis everyday at my apartment with family or friends.I'm enjoying my school life in ISKL. All the friends and teachers are very kind and special for me. They are funny and I always laugh really often. Lastly, I everyday eat lunch, dinner and sometimes breakfast but I get too little amount of my lunch and play soccer. It would be very harmful to my health.

In the future, I hope I can get my breakfast everyday and enough nutrition. Also I will try to eat some more food for my body so I can balance myself. I should try to contain some protein because I can concentrate in my class without any hunger. Proteins help us to get balance on the food such as fishes and milk.
